Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Cancellation

For recurring prescription services, you may cancel or modify your upcoming refill at any time. To ensure changes are applied before your next order is processed, we request that you notify us at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled processing date. Notification may be submitted by contacting our support team via email or phone, or by submitting a request through your patient portal. Please note that once a prescription order has been processed by the pharmacy, refunds or order changes may not be available.

Returns

Should you be unsatisfied with your BraveRX product or service for any reason, kindly reach out to us at customercare@braverx.com. Prior to granting a refund, replacement, or credit, we may request that you, at your own cost, return the product and/or provide photographic documentation explaining the grounds for your dissatisfaction.

It is your responsibility to inspect all products for damage or other issues upon delivery. Please contact BraveRX at customercare@braverx.com within 7 days of receiving the product to allow us to investigate and replace any damaged items.

Returns for any non-pharmaceutical must be initiated within 30 days from the date of your order delivery. You are accountable for shipping the unused portions of the product in its original packaging back to BraveRX, and you are also responsible for the associated shipping and handling costs of the return.

Refunds

Based on the situation, we may, at our sole discretion, either replace the ordered products or issue a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the initial order. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the product of that month.
