Brave Labs, LLC and its affiliates (“BraveRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide access to licensed healthcare providers through telehealth services. Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using secure electronic communications, including online questionnaires, messaging, audio, and video consultations, rather than in-person visits.
By using BraveRX’s telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand and acknowledge that:

- Medical decisions are based on the information you provide, and incomplete or inaccurate information may affect care outcomes
- While safeguards are in place, electronic communications carry a risk of unauthorized access or data breaches
4. Privacy and Security
BraveRX uses secure technology designed to protect your personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where required. By using telehealth services, you consent to the electronic transmission of your health information for purposes of treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Provider Judgment and Follow-Up Care

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical information.
6. Emergency Situations
Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
7. Your Rights and Responsibilities
By using BraveRX telehealth services, you acknowledge that:
- Participation in telehealth is voluntary
- You may withdraw consent or stop using telehealth services at any time
- You have the right to request access to your medical records as permitted by law
- Telehealth services do not guarantee any specific medical outcome
8. Consent to Telehealth
By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, completing a medical intake, or otherwise using BraveRX’s telehealth services, you confirm that:

- You consent to receive healthcare services via telehealth
- You understand the risks, benefits, and limitations of telehealth
- You understand that telehealth services may be discontinued by you or your provider at any time
