How do I order BraveRX?
Ordering BraveRX is straightforward and secure. Here's how to get started: (1) Gather the essentials. Have a list of any medications you’re currently taking and a valid government-issued photo ID on hand. (2) Complete the online medical questionnaire. A board-certified physician in our network will review your information and determine if BraveRX is the right solution for you.
Will a doctor contact me?
After you complete your health questionnaire and specify your preferred dose, a board-certified physician will review your information within 24 hours. If additional details are needed, you'll be contacted directly via the Member Portal or the email you provided at signup. Heads up: Your order may be delayed until all necessary information is received and your prescription is authorized.
What is the return and refund policy?
Prescription treatments cannot be refunded or returned once shipped. If you believe there is an issue with your subscription, please reach out to our support team.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is processed, BraveRX typically ships within 48 hours. For new members, a board-certified physician will review your health questionnaire and dosage request within 24 hours. If additional information is needed, this may extend the timeline. Please note, if you're anticipating a Saturday delivery and the carrier is unable to fulfill it, your order will arrive on the next business day.
