Researching BraveRX before starting treatment? Customer reviews can give you a sense of the experience, from the online consultation to delivery and ongoing support. Understanding how prescriptions, pricing, and refills work matters just as much.
BraveRX is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed U.S. healthcare providers. Prescriptions are written by licensed U.S. physicians and filled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Treatment options include sublingual tablets and capsules, with daily and as-needed formulas.
Below, we share selected customer feedback and answer practical questions to help you decide what to ask before getting started.
This article is for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice. Customer testimonials describe individual experiences and do not establish how well a treatment will work for you.
What customers say about BraveRX
The reviews featured here come from the selection BraveRX shares on its customer reviews page. They offer individual perspectives, rather than a complete picture of all customer feedback. Each excerpt links to its original Trustpilot review.
Consistency and confidence
For some customers, the experience is about feeling more confident in intimate moments. One reviewer wrote:

These are personal accounts, not a promise of the same result. Your medical history, prescription, and response to treatment all matter.
A straightforward start and timely shipping
The process matters, too. One customer who described an easy signup and quick consultation wrote:
shipping was faster than expected.

BraveRX's FAQ says a licensed provider typically reviews a new patient's questionnaire within 24 hours, and orders typically ship within 48 hours once processed. Those are review and dispatch timeframes, not a guaranteed delivery date. Requests for additional information can extend the timeline.
Orders arrive in standard, unbranded packaging with a generic return address.
Helpful customer support
Some reviewers highlight the help they received along the way. One customer wrote:
Their team is super helpful and their customer service was great.

Questions and concerns to understand before ordering
Reviews are useful, but they may not answer the details that affect your own experience. Here are the pricing, refill, and treatment questions worth understanding before you order.
What does the price include?
According to BraveRX's FAQ, one price covers the medication, provider review, prescription, provider chat in your Patient Portal, and shipping. There are no separate membership fees or fees to change your dosage.
Your exact price depends on your prescription and plan. Check the amount shown at checkout and in your Patient Portal. If a discount applies only to your first order, later refills are billed at the regular price without that discount.
BraveRX does not bill insurance directly at checkout. Coverage for compounded medications varies, so check with your insurer if reimbursement is part of your budget.
Will refills happen automatically?
Yes. Current BraveRX treatments come with 11 physician-authorized refills, which bill and ship automatically on the schedule selected at checkout unless you pause or cancel.
Monthly refills dispatch every 30 days. Quarterly plans bill and ship every 90 days, with all three months of treatment arriving in one shipment.
Before completing checkout, review both the recurring price and the shipping frequency so you know what to expect after your first order.
How do pausing and cancellation work?
You can pause or cancel upcoming refills through your Patient Portal or by contacting support. Give at least 72 hours before your scheduled processing date for a change to apply to the next order.
Cancellation ends any remaining physician-authorized refills. Restarting requires a new online visit and may involve a doctor fee. If you have more medication than you currently need, ask about pausing or adjusting the schedule.
Once an order has been processed by the pharmacy, it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded. If it arrives damaged, contact support within seven days of delivery for help with a replacement, credit, or refund.
What if treatment or a change takes longer than expected?
One four-star reviewer described switching to mints after their initial order:
Ended up switching dosage type for the mints which took a few more days but no complaints for either of us ;)

Prescription changes and follow-up questions can add time. If you are not getting the results you expected, contact your care team to discuss your experience and whether your treatment should change. Follow your prescription instructions and let your provider guide any adjustment.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an existing prescription?
No existing prescription is needed to begin the online evaluation. You do need a prescription to receive treatment. After you complete your medical questionnaire, a licensed provider reviews your information, and a licensed U.S. physician writes a prescription if treatment is appropriate. Your identity is verified before your first order ships.
Which treatments does BraveRX offer?
BraveRX offers seven prescription options: Surge Max, Surge Daily Pro, Surge Daily Core, Prime Max Pro, Prime Max Core, Prime Daily Pro, and Prime Daily Core. The lineup includes sublingual tablets and capsules, with daily and as-needed options. A licensed physician determines which treatment and dose are appropriate for you.
Are BraveRX compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Approval of an ingredient in another medication does not mean a compounded combination is approved. Learn more in the FDA's explanation of compounded drugs.
Can side effects happen?
Yes. BraveRX's FAQ lists potential side effects including headaches, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, gastrointestinal issues, and sometimes drowsiness. Tell your provider about your medications and health conditions before treatment, and discuss side effects or interaction concerns with your care team. Read the Safety Information for more detail.
Where is BraveRX available?
BraveRX's FAQ lists availability in all U.S. states except North Dakota. Shipping is available within the United States only.
Considering BraveRX?
The selected reviews describe confidence, convenient delivery, and helpful support. Your decision should also account for the prescribed treatment, its risks, the recurring cost, and the refill schedule.
If you are ready to explore your options, start the online medical questionnaire. A licensed provider will review your health information to determine whether treatment is appropriate. For more about ordering, billing, and refills, visit the BraveRX FAQs.
